Return Policy


  • Any full-price, undamaged, and unused items can be returned for refund or exchange by contacting us within 7 business days of delivery date. After 7 business days all sales are final.
  • Please contact info@daeza.com for return authorization and provide a brief reason for your return.
  • Returns must be shipped within three business days of receiving return authorization, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns must include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging.
  • Sale items marked 30% off or greater are final sale.
  • Items purchased with a promotion or discount code can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
  • Items purchased using store credit are final sale.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping. It is recommended to provide tracking information once available.
  • Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.
  • Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
