Return Policy


We accept returns on full-price, unused, and undamaged items (excluding pre-orders) if requested within 7 business days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.

  • Items purchased with a discount code, promotion, or as a pre-order are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Items purchased using store credit are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items marked 30% off or more are final sale.

How to Return:

  1. Email info@daeza.com within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, return the item within 3 business days at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.
  3. Returns must include original receipts, tags, and packaging.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and may take up to 10 days to process. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
